花生餅 Peanut Cookies
300 g all purpose flour
200g icing sugar
300g ground peanut
200ml peanut oil
1. In a mixing bowl, mix flour, icing sugar and ground peanut until well combined.
2. Stir in peanut oil and knead well to form dough.
3. Portion and shape dough into small ball, use pen cover to press lightly at the centre to make a circle.
4. Brush the surface with egg yolk and bake in pre-heated oven at 170℃ for 15 – 20minutes.
